Cancellation Policy;


When information of cancellation is received by the concerned Manager of Hotel Krusti Resort (HKR) / booking team of HKR, before the scheduled date of arrival for which the reservation is made, the refund will be made as follows:
*Before 15 days from the date of reservation 75 % of the total booking amount will be refunded.
*Within 15 days but before 10 days from the date of reservation 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
*Less than 10 days from the date of reservation the total booking amount will be forfeited.

Child Policy;


Children below 8 years of age accompanied by their parents or guardians may be allowed to stay with their parents or guardians in the same room without paying any extra charges for accommodation with no extra bed to be provided for their use.

Terms and conditions;


*All the persons are requested to produce photo ID proof (PAN card, Voter ID card, Driving License, Aadhaar Card, Passport or any other photo ID proof issued by Central or State Govts.) at the time of check-in.
*Visitors are liable to abide by the rules of Hotel.
*When one decides to vacate the accommodation earlier, no refund is permissible for the remaining days of non-occupation from the entire confirmed paid and period of reservation.
*Disputes if any regarding the application / interpretation of these and / or other rules, in vogue, in HKR, will be referred to Promoter of the hotel and his decision will be final and binding.
*In case of litigation only Puri courts will have the jurisdiction.
